Our House focuses on developing independent films, documentaries, and television with the longer term goal of establishing a vertically integrated virtual media and entertainment company with holdings that cover all aspects of the entertainment pipeline. Utilizing highly sophisticated business models and technologies, we are able to generate high-quality content across multiple platforms while minimizing production costs and investment risk by applying sound business practices and application of often overlooked tax credits, incentives & efficient tax structures. Our House's team consists of "outside Hollywood" serial entrepreneurs with a proven background in building successful companies paired with its team of industry leaders in media and entertainment.
Our House’s philosophy is not to tie ourselves to any one studio or producer (Warner Brothers, Sony, Paramount, Universal, etc.). Instead, we have a relationship with them all, and work in unison on their productions that best fit our model.
Our House Film Fund I, L.P. (a Delaware Limited Partnership) is raising a total of $35 million in equity to fund the development and production of Hollywood Feature Films, Documentaries, and Independent Television Series over a five-year period. The Fund plans to leverage th $35 million in equity with senior debt secured by the advance sale of international distribution rights coupled with brand integration and state tax credits.
